Situation
An international healthcare software company sells care management and rostering software to the UK home care market, and abroad, including Australia. Its website wasn’t producing leads from search at all. Its previous agency hadn’t got it onto page one for a single commercial term.
Compliance made it harder. Every piece of content needed internal approval, which slows down the kind of steady publishing search engines reward.
Response
We ran one programme across Google and AI search, combining technical SEO, compliant content, backlinks and Digital PR. We measured it on leads and bookings, not traffic.
We started with the foundations. We researched the language buyers actually use, then wrote content that would pass compliance review and still answer those searches properly. Alongside that, we fixed the on-page and technical issues holding the site back. Once those were solid, we built authority with high-quality backlinks and a Digital PR campaign, so the site could compete for terms its larger rivals had owned.
Key strategic elements included:
- Keyword research into how care providers search for software
- Content written to pass internal compliance review first time
- Technical SEO and on-page optimisation across commercial pages
- High-quality backlinks to build domain authority
- Digital PR to grow brand authority and earned coverage
- Conversion improvements on key pages, so rankings turned into leads
The Results
Organic search went from producing no leads to producing 68 qualified leads and bookings in a single quarter. These are genuine leads and bookings, not traffic, newsletter signups or downloads. The third month delivered 34 on its own. Behind that, the site reached page one for ten commercial software searches, including position one for “home care rostering software”.
- 68 qualified leads and bookings from organic search in one quarter
- 34 in the third month, more than double the month before
- Position one for “home care rostering software”
- Page one for “care agency software”, “home care software”, “care management software uk” and “online care rostering software”
- Page one for “software for home care agency”, “software for homecare”, “home care” and “care management systems”
- Organic engagement rate of 65.9%
