I am excited about AI and how it is being used to support DM by speeding up research and analysis, giving teams more time to focus on quality and strategy.

What’s the most exciting part of your role at Woya Digital, and why does it get you fired up?

The most exciting part is working closely with clients and internal specialists to turn ideas and strategies into real, measurable results.

SEO is about improving your website and wider online presence so the right people can find, understand and trust your business across search engines and AI platforms.

Digital PR is about earning credible coverage and mentions for your business across trusted online publications, helping to build visibility, authority and trust with people, search engines and AI platforms.

What’s one digital trend you think every business should be paying attention to right now?

Search intent – understanding why people are searching and creating content that genuinely answers those needs.

What’s a typical day like for you, and what’s never typical about it?

A typical day involves client communication, aligning with SEO and content teams, and reviewing performance, but every client and challenge is different, so no two days are ever the same.
